        This was a fantastic experience for me which seems like all them years ago now. I provided sports massage for the full weekend and wow, them bods I had chance to massage were out of this world, talk about fit , i was soooo jealous , they deffo had bods to aspire to, the ladies never had a bit of cellulite on their legs. Brilliant weekend, the music was fantastic, it made anyone want to get up there and keep fit/dance. If only i could work at it and have a body like them  ........dream away x

MARCH 2008 LYMPHATIC MASSAGE COURSE
I'm looking forward to completing my lymphatic massage course. This will be an additional technique I can add to my list and pass on to my clients. The lymphatic system has always intrigued me and courses like this make me keen to learn what i can. I particulary like the lymphatics due to myself having poor drainage below my knees due to a riding accident a few years back, also my horse had a nasty accident with a gate causing twisted joints to her hind legs which have since not drained as they should do due to lymphatic vessel damage - if she is stabled over night , I cant wait to form a review on how lymphatic massage differs to what i do at present   xx

I have since given up my services of the past five months at the new North West Therapy Centre Blackpool -where guest practioners are on a self employed basis, to prepare for a career in the nursing sector. Local Running Club 2003
What do you do if you're a therapist with a lot of runners to massage pre & post event and you don't have a babysitter at hand?  Take the kiddies with you !! ha ha
Here is my little lad, my three children, fellow therapists and their children all used the beach to babysit ha ha, they had a fabby time whilst we slogged our guts out massaging as many legs as poss! Great night!



  

March 2008 GENERAL BANTER I have made two smashing little massage therapists here at home. I think I should teach them how to do stone therapy next so i can be pampered! I must admit due to all my riding and clients i dont half need a massage or two myself each week.  When i ask my girls, ok, when i beg my girls haha to give me a massage, they wont do it for free you know, they aren't daft, they charge me!  they are fabby at it , good rhythm heat and routine! think they'll put me out of work when they reach a legal age. They're only 13 haha! They think I have a man bod, mmmmm, not sure if i like that idea haha with tight traps and delts. They're great. I have to perform stone massage to the kids every week, they're hooked so think its teaching time so i can start to enjoy getting it rather than giving it all the time haha, kids have their uses i suppose HAHA  xxxxx xxx

I have a few sports pros on my books at present which is very interesting for me,  doing what i love and helping these sports personalities perform better is one hell of a rewarding job.

Iam also intrigued to see my friend doing so well and back in training/competing after a spurt of tendonitis. She reperesented England in cross country running and is making a come back locally and nationally well done Miss S x
